At Habang Buhay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 day of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any item that has been worn actively, washed altered, or shows signs of use.
Refund or Store Credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
How To Start a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.
Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
